Individual Student/Classroom Consultation
Is there a classroom situation or behavioral issue regarding a specific student that is particularly challenging? Let us help. We will work in collaboration with your team members and staff to analyze the situation and determine the best plan of action based on the needs of both the students and staff involved. We can conduct classroom observations, conduct a Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA), and collaboratively develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP’s). We provide recommendations regarding environmental and curriculum modifications and provide follow-up consultation.
The Responding to Autism Center provides a variety of specific trainings that will give your staff the tools they need to be successful for working with students on the autism spectrum. We not only provide attendees with the critical information they need to support students, but give them valuable resources that can be put to use the very next day. Trainings are available on a wide range of topics and can be customized to meet the needs of your district, programs, students, or teachers.
